Low Rise Residential

Residences of up to four storeys

Members will complete work on the heating and sanitation piping in new residential construction of Low Rise Residential buildings including single and double houses, town houses, row houses, stack units and any residential structures up to three (3) floors. Completed work has to conform to local building authority regulations and codes of practice.
